Postage
Craft Boutique uses Australia Post for all orders and the following postage & handling rates apply within Australia:
a) Standard Rate $ 6.95 Not trackable and not insured
b) Express Post $13.90 Trackable and Insured
c) Weight/Length Based $15.00 for all lap frames - Standard rate not trackable and not insured
It should be noted that Australia Post does not provide any insurance for lost or missing items and Craft Boutique will not be responsible should goods not be received.
Should you require insurance and tracking of your order we suggest that you consider using Australia Post Express Post which provides faster delivery if you reside in an Australian capital city. For orders up to 3kg a flat rate of $13.90 is applicable.
PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING RATES FOR LAP FRAMES IS A FLAT FEE OF $15.00.
All International orders will be individually calculated, please use the Contact Us page or email direct to sales@craftboutique.com.au for rates.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days from our large inventory of stock however please allow 21 days for delivery as we do occassionally run out of stock or have to place special orders for some of the more unusual kits.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us and Craft Boutique asks that you examine all goods immediately upon receipt. Should the goods be defective or incorrect goods have been sent, you MUST notify us by email, telephone or facsimile within 7 days of receipt. We will only refund or replace defective or incorrectly supplied merchandise. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
Goods should be posted to us together with a copy of your original invoice. Please keep a copy of your postal receipt so that Craft Boutique can refund your postage. Goods cannot be returned COD.
