We dispatch all orders from our large inventory of stock however please allow 21 days for delivery as due to the Covid-19 Australia Post deliveries are taking longer than usual.


Craft Boutique uses Australia Post for all orders and the following postage & handling rates apply:

Standard Rate $10.00 Trackable Parcel Post within Australia

It should be noted that Australia Post does not provide any insurance for lost or missing items and Craft Boutique will not be responsible should goods not be received once lodged with Australia Post.

Christmas parcel post from Western Australia to the other states of Australia has now closed as of 12 December 2021.


Your satisfaction is important to us and Craft Boutique asks that you examine all goods immediately upon receipt. Should the goods be defective or incorrect goods have been sent, you MUST notify us by email, telephone or facsimile within 7 days of receipt. We will only refund or replace defective or incorrectly supplied merchandise. As all products on the website have clear descriptions of the contents of kits no refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.

Sales items are not returnable unless goods are faulty.

Goods should be posted to us together with a copy of your original invoice. Please keep a copy of your postal receipt so that Craft Boutique can refund your postage. Goods cannot be returned COD.

Direct Bank Payments

Payment required within 3 business days of placing the order.  Should the payment not be received within this timeframe the order will be cancelled.
