We aim to dispatch all orders from our large inventory of stock however please allow 21 days for delivery as we do occasionally run out of stock or have to place special orders for some of the more unusual kits.
Craft Boutique uses Australia Post for all orders and the following postage & handling rates apply:
a) Standard Rate $10.00 Trackable Parcel Post within Australia
b) New Zealand $15.00 Regular untrackable international air mail service Australia Post
b) *Rest of World $18.00 regular untrackable international air mail service via Australia Post up to 500gm. Over 500gm postage will be calculated and a separate invoice sent for the difference. Should you wish to have tracking and signature on delivery options added to the standard postage cost please make a note in the Comments section at checkout and we will calculate the additional cost and contact you via email prior to sending the order.
It should be noted that Australia Post does not provide any insurance for lost or missing items and Craft Boutique will not be responsible should goods not be received once lodged with Australia Post.
Your satisfaction is important to us and Craft Boutique asks that you examine all goods immediately upon receipt. Should the goods be defective or incorrect goods have been sent, you MUST notify us by email, telephone or facsimile within 7 days of receipt. We will only refund or replace defective or incorrectly supplied merchandise. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
Goods should be posted to us together with a copy of your original invoice. Please keep a copy of your postal receipt so that Craft Boutique can refund your postage. Goods cannot be returned COD.
